CAI is looking for a LAN Administrator in the Trenton, NJ area.



This is a 12 month position with probably extension.



This person needs to be onsite 3x a week in Trenton NJ.



Details are as follows:



- Perform knowledgebase documentation with a focus on Division Infrastructure needs and changes



- Participate in team meetings with a focus on internal operational needs, issues, and solutions



- Perform Active Directory management for on premises and cloud solutions



- Perform Distributed File System structure on premises and cloud environments



- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket support for DDD operational equipment (PCs, printers, network devices, and services)



- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket support for DDD workstations, printers and other network devices



- Document tier 2 and tier 3 ticket solutions for DDD core applications



- Document tier 2 and tier 3 ticket solutions for DDD workstations, printers and other network devices



- Install, configure, and upgrade Division COTS and SaaS applications



- Perform Hardware Provisioning



- Perform Technology and Equipment Inventory Tracking



- Perform GPO Management



- Install and configure servers and virtual machines



- Perform advanced network device configuration and installation



- Analyze, enhance, and ensure network security



- Perform backup and restore processes



- Keep server and network equipment patched and updated
