LICENSED CUSTOMS BROKER - We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker in the greater Los Angeles area! Position Description: This position is responsible for overseeing the Los Angeles Import Department and supporting the Customs Brokerage needs for the West Coast Region and maintaining the daily operations and supervision of the department and its employees. The Manager reports directly to the Vice President of the Customs Division. - Salary: $$ will dep. on exp.
- Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday Friday
- Location: Carson, CA

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage various company accounts.
- Procure all necessary data and documents from clients to process customs entries correctly.
- Stay up to date on all Import, Export regulations
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met, and proper documentation exists for all shipments.
- Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date customer records, reports, documentation, databases, etc.
- Align with the company's mission to achieve the desired results for business growth.
REQUIREMENTS - 5 years of Customs Brokerage experience required (CHB, Forwarder, Importer, etc.)
- Customs Broker License Required **
- Computer proficiency; Microsoft Excel and Outlook, "Cargo wise" experience a plus
- Ability to professionally handle confidential documents.
Must be able to pass any federal/state/local Gov. or company-required background
