Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Terre Haute, IN 47802
Duration: 13 week assignment (with possible extension)
Shift Information: 8-hr. Day shifts. Alternate weekends required.
Expected Hours per week: 40 hours
Rate: $36-40/hr. with benefits
Job Requirements:
Active LPN License in the state of IN(link removed)>
Must have a current BLS/BCLS/CPR certification.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination required.
Job Summary
Monitors the health and medical condition of people served. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing physicals, providing treatment and scheduling medical appointments as needed. Coordinates the schedules for direct care staff or nurses and assigns work.
Education and Experience
Licensed Practical Nursing/Vocational Nursing certification in the state of IN or compact equivalent. Minimum of one year of nursing experience. Must have valid state driver's license.
