Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for recruitment and scheduling, including sending recruitment emails to program participants, as part of weekly specimen collection activities.
• Responsible for Informed Consent process.
• Input data from the collection activities into electronic database and secure servers.
• Tracking and maintaining documents in the site's study binders and electronic files.
• Assist with all site-level activities as part of associate based collection activities.
• Complete enrollment process with all new collection program participants.
• Prepare a schedule for daily collections in collaboration with site staff.
• Set up appointments and track all re-screening activities.
• Prepare daily documentation for studies (i.e. source documents, Informed Consents, Re-Screen form, etc.).
• Reconcile daily collections.
• Enter and track subject reimbursement.
• Access and training for all the above-mentioned duties will be provided.

Requirement:-

• Associates Degree in a scientific discipline plus 1 year lab experience required or Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
• Able to learn new computer programs as needed.
• Flexible and able to work in a high paced lab environment.
• Previous experience administering Informed Consent a plus.
• Must be proficient in English with the ability to read, write, analyze/evaluate charts, follow simple diagrams and perform basic arithmetic.
