Job Title: Lab Technician - Quality Assurance (Contract)

Location: Neenah, WI

Duration: 12 Months

Hours per Week: 40.00

Position Summary:

• Conduct testing of materials and commercial products using various methodologies.
• Perform physical testing of R&D samples, including tensile framework and microscopy.
• Prepare written summaries, data reports, and status updates.
• Maintain integrity and honesty in all communications and transactions.
• Foster a respectful and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and rules.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Position Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in environmental science or engineering is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration, innovation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Basic laboratory skills, including data generation and analysis.
• Familiarity with laboratory machine interface controls and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

Additional Information:

• Onsite position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Strong work ethic, motivation, and ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
• Previous lab experience, including sample testing and tensile testing, required.
• Degree in environmental science is preferred but not required.
