Job TitleLabeling Manager-Image Guided Therapy Devices Job Description The Labeling Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, accuracy, and compliance of product labeling and branded packaging for Philips Image Guided Therapy Diagnostic Devices and Disposables.
Your role:
Responsible for functional Management/Team Leadership of Labeling System Quality Engineers, Label Coordinators/Technicians and contract resources at various skill and experience levels. Participates in the product development team for early development product to provide labeling leadership in developing target labeling concept to guide the design. Maintains and tracks labeling documents and symbology in the labeling repository and electronic system as appropriate. Development and maintenance of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for the printing and application of labeling. Creation and change management of Product Labels, IFUs, Box Carton Artwork and Ancillary Labels. Creation and change management of country specific localization and distributor labeling. Support Verification & Validation activities, Quality & Compliance and audits and quality management labeling system (CAPAs, NCRs, etc.) Maintain departmental project management tool to effectively coordinate labeling activities with stakeholders. Cultivate relationships with suppliers to manage translations, label stock, IFUs and cartons. Reporting to the Director of labeling you will collaborate with product development teams, professionals at multiple sites, contract manufacturers and external Philips businesses at IGT manufacturing locations. This Hybrid role may require travel up to 15% (mostly domestic, possible International).
You're the right fit if:
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the end-to-end development, implementation, accuracy, and compliance of product labeling and branded packaging within FDA regulated medical product environments, with a minimum of 1+ years in functional/team leadership. You have effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Youre a pro-active, energetic, confident professional with high personal integrity and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Experience working on cross-functional teams and within a review committee. You have proven project management skills with the ability to implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail. You have Demonstrated experience in leading the development and life-cycle management of global labeling. Youre Proficient in labeling and Graphic software (Adobe Creative Suite, Bartender, Livecycle, etc.) You have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree (Required). Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position is $92,000 to $158,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
