This hospital is looking to hire a permanent and full time Laboratory Director. The Laboratory Director is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a full service clinical laboratory. Responsibilities include: writing and updating policies and procedures, ensuring all quality measures in the laboratory and providing leadership and guidance to the entire laboratory staff. In addition, the Laboratory Director works with Hospital Leadership in order to accomplish the organizations goals. BS Degree in Medical Technology required. ASCPor AMT (or equivalent certification) required. Applicants must have previous leadership experience.
