Job Title: Laboratory Equipment Validation Engineer

Location: West Point, PA

Duration: 12 Months

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related sciences with at least 4 years of industry experience, or a Master's degree with 2-3 years of related experience.
• Experience with computer system validation (SDLC) process of laboratory equipment's
• Familiarity with laboratory computer system validations, with direct experience preferred
• Experience working within a GLP or GMP laboratory
• Experience scheduling & performing laboratory equipment maintenance
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking to manage a variety of equipment or system related schedules, documents, and maintenance tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with a variety of on-site and off-site collaborators

Responsibilities:

• Conduct system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ/RS/AT) for diverse lab equipment
• Support the purchase, install, and equipment validation/qualification of stand-alone & robotics automation laboratory equipment
• Assist in managing controlled temperature units and alarm handling
• Utilize electronic applications to input and retain calibration documentation
• Operate within the confines of departmental SOPs and regulatory guidance's
