As a Labour Relations Intern (Iberia, HR) youll be responsible for assiting the HR Iberia team, you will assist and advise the Human Resources department and the operational departments in terms of labor legislation. Your role revolves around labor relations and general HR support, including training, health and safety and HR projects..

What youll do
Assist HR in the management of relations with Staff Representative Bodies Support in Collective Labor Agreement negotiation, participating in meetings and elaborating minutes. Assist in all labor topics (e.g. employee representative elections, work calendars, Equality Plan, etc.) getting a rounded view in the end of end people management process Provide support in all Commissions with Workers representatives Assist in Health and Safety processes and taks, including preparation and review of required documents Support the management of business processes, especially those related to change projects involving renegotiation or redesign of a legal framework Keep informed of the various developments likely to influence the company, in terms of labor law, formalize all the information collected, and disseminate it within the HR department Support in the implementation of different projects in Labor Relations Provide support in the management and organization of various HR topics, including training, employee communication and employee engagement.
Your qualifications
Experience in labor law, acquired during significant internships Excellent mastery of labor and social law, good financial culture, interest on Human Resources and people management Critical, analytical and personal communication skills Excellent writing skills in both Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus Your qualities are: Taking initiative, Teamwork, Rigor, organization, attention to detail and people focus Part-time and immediate availability
