Land Development Designer



You will primarily be responsible for designing and producing sets of plans for residential and commercial Land Development projects.



Position Requirements:

• 5 years of minimum relevant land development design experience

• A minimum of 2 years of design experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D design package

• Ability to prepare construction plans as part of a design team.

• Strong work ethic and desire to be recognized and rewarded for work accomplished

• Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter.

• Strong sense of urgency
