Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper Contractor to join our team. Our company has been providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services for 13 years, delivering quality repairs and clear communication to residents and homeowners. As a Landscaper Contractor, you will be responsible for providing landscape services to our clients, ensuring that their outdoor spaces are beautiful, functional, and safe. You will work alongside our team of professionals to maintain and enhance the beauty of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
• Pruning and shaping trees, shrubs and hedges to maintain their health.
• Designing and installing landscapes.
• Applying pesticides and herbicides to control pests and weeds.
• Advising clients on how to maintain their landscapes and prevent problems.
• Maintaining and repairing irrigation systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-4+ years in Experience in landscaping and groundskeeping.
• Knowledge of various landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Knowledge of irrigation system maintenance and repair.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Have all your own tools and reliable transportation
