Position Summary:
Technical Lead focused on Legal and Compliance applications. This resource will be particularly focused on Document Management, Matter Management and E-Discovery platforms. Person may also have Records Management and Contract Management responsibilities, utilizing Cloud server and desktop technologies. Any candidate with experience in the following platforms Onit, iManage, Relativity and Encase would be preferred, however, candidates with domain technical legal experience would be considered.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will perform the below mentioned activities, based on their skillsets and trainability. Interprets written business requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop advanced technical solutions that meet business needs in financial industry. Collaborates with IT and Business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end to end technical solutions. Performs complex coding to written technical specifications. Tests the resulting coding components in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans. Investigates, analyzes and documents reported defects raising issues as appropriate. Analyzes run time profiles to debug errors that may exist. Solves complex defects that arise through own work or the work of others. Performs maintenance programming and correction of identified defects. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with business and technical partners up to Senior Levels in the firm
Job Requirements And Qualifications:
Required Education:	Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education:	BA/BS
Required Experience:	5-10 years
Skills and Abilities:	Scripting Languages: Windows Batch, SQL, MySQL, Liquid Operating Systems: Windows,Unix, Linux JIRA, knowledge of Cloud Azure, AWS implementation Snowflake, Data Lake, Data normalization App Servers: Tomcat, IIS Familiarity with software development tools Autosys and ETL, Solr, Kafka, Zookeeper Database: MSSQL, Oracle (Development of Stored procedures and Functions is a PLUS) Web Technologies: JSP/ASP, XML/XSL, Java Scripting, Groovy and Grails Experience with Mulesoft or similar API management tools Practical experience implementing RESTful Web Service using the micro services architecture. File transfer processes (MQFTE and Sterling Integrator), RPA Automation anywhere background
Proposed Shift	The successful candidate is expected to be work in general shift i.e. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST
