• Work in a school setting! Collaborate with teachers and behavior technicians to embed ABA programming into the daily academic setting.
• Change lives every single day! Provide high-quality ABA services to students from K-12 in school and community settings.
• Teach others what you know! Provide staff training for teachers, behavior technicians, and paraprofessionals.
• Help others grow in their practice of ABA! Supervise BCBA and BCBA candidates, RBTs, CBT's and paraprofessionals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing high quality ABA services to families and students.
• Completing FBAs, assessments, staff training, parent training, classroom, team and CSE meetings, and collaborating with other professionals.
• Providing families with monthly parenting education.

• Providing staff training for teachers, paraprofessionals and others.
• Participating in weekly meetings, bi-annual staff performance evaluations.
• Supervising BCBA and BCBA student candidates and RBT's to meet the requirements of the BACB.
• Managing team of BCBAs, to ensure FBAs and BIPS are completed accurately and on time for students on the BCBAs caseloads for the Washington location.

Qualifications

• Masters degree from accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Licensed Behavior Analyst, Washington state.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a BCBA.
• Experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments (AFLS, ABLLS-R, FBA, etc.).
• Expertise in development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

• Experience supervising BCBAs and/or Behavior Technicians (RBT) required.
• CPR/First Aid/BLS, HIV Awareness Training, and 8-hour BCBA Supervision Training.
• Experience working with older individuals (middle/high school) preferred.
• Experience working with severe challenging behaviors preferred.
• CPI training certification preferred.

Working Conditions

• Location: Issaquah, Washington
• Monday Friday / 8:00am 4:00pm

• Must have flexibility to work evenings as needed based on school events
• School/Classroom Setting

Physical requirements

• Must be able to keep students safe from themselves and others and in some cases, may need to implement Crisis Intervention procedures.

• Must be able to remove oneself quickly from potentially harmful situations.
• Must be able to lift 35+ pounds.
