Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Candidate must have experience as the Lead BA on large custom web development projects.


• Candidate must have experience working with highly integrated applications.


• Candidate must have experience gathering requirements for front-end and back-end processes.


• Candidate must have experience leading all BA activities as well as leading other BAs


• Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops


• Document functional business requirements, process flows, and business cases


• Create and deliver high-quality presentations


• Perform gap analyses, as-is versus to-be


• Lead and coordinate the development, quality assurance, training, and communication with the business and other IT areas

Required Skills:

• Experience working with highly integrated web applications


• Demonstrated success delivering strategic and complex enterprise solutions


• Demonstrated ability to challenge, influence, and persuade, directing a group of stakeholders to the best decision


• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities


• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction


• Proficient in SQL


• Experience performing a detailed gap analysis and preparing as-is and to-be process documentation


• Ability to build authentic relationships and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.


• Work experience in the manufacturing industry a plus


• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, logically, tactfully, and effectively, both verbally and in writing, including presentation and negotiation skills
