As a Lead Civil Project Engineer, you will design site plans including grading, storm water, roadway and utility layouts using Civil 3D. Our Lead Project Engineers oversee the work of staff engineers, providing them with mentoring and guidance. Working with your Project Manager and other team members, you'll gain expertise across many disciplines including storm water, utility design, site design and transportation. We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients focused on working with their teams to help them design, manage and develop their brand.

Our Lead Civil Project Engineers have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school, 3-6 years of experience in commercial and/or residential projects, and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred, but not required. If you're a wiz at Civil 3D and have a passion for mentoring others, learning new things and solving complex problems, this is for you.

Candidates with private client background as projects are for commercial (large clients) and residential are encouraged to apply.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school,

3-6 years of experience in commercial and/or residential projects

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred, but not required.

- Candidates can apply for work remote options after 6 months

Our partner works with well known, commercial and residential partners who have smaller projects but in multiple sites (ie, 20 gas station projects being planned at the same time OR residential subdivision projects).

Salary is DOE but starts at $65,000 + bonus.
