Skills Need:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Technology Infrastructure.


• 2 years of ‘Recent Experience’ working for a bank or Brokerage house.


• 7+ years of experience managing teams.


• Recent experience managing teams in server and database support environments in IT organization within banking or Brokerage (A must!!).


• Leading DBA teams working with Oracle 10g – 12.2, and SQL Server 2014 – 2017.


• Previous experience in working with Engineers and/or architects in the development of new product requirements.


• RAC, writing SQL, Unix Korn / Bourne shell scripting, Oracle application data model creations and changes, Advanced replication / Materialized Views partitioning Data Guard streams, Windows O.S. and system software, clustering, backups, storage management, UNIX and Linux O.S. including core system tools such as NIS, DNS and NFS.


• Oracle, SQL and Sybase database technologies.
  
  Efficient operational management capabilities (e.g. LEAN operations, Six Sigma).


• Performance management expertise.


• Knowledge off Non SQL databases such as MongoDB or Hadoop.
