Should have knowledge on migration tools like Ora2PG, DMS, SSMS, Pgloader.5. Should have knowledge to analyse the existing application architecture and the impact of moving DB to OnPrem / Cloud DB.6. Strong Communication skills.7. Strong analysis skills.8. Lead teams.9. Drive meeting with Customer independently and provide status update.10. Interest to learn new technology / tools.
