This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in developing efficient data management solutions and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and maintain data systems to securely manage and store healthcare data. Additionally, you will ensure that our data systems comply with all regulatory requirements.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $180,000, please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data management systems and pipelines
  • Design, develop, and implement data integration strategies
  • Create and maintain data models to support data analytics and reporting
  • Develop secure data storage and retrieval solutions
  • Monitor and optimize data performance
  • Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and recommend solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and data modeling
  • Expertise in ETL and data integration
  • Experience with cloud-based data storage and retrieval solutions
  • Familiarity with healthcare data management compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
