We are Hiring forLead Design
Essential Skills for your mission:
Architect by qualification with an interiors design background
Minimum 10 to 12 years of work experience
Should have handled mid management role with an ability to manage a team
Industry Preferences: Design firm / F&B / QSR / Cafe industry
Ability to work on design adaptation from an international design concept adapting
it to site and local requirements
Understanding on designing of MEP services
Understanding on kitchen design
Understanding on local artwork / arts forms / artisans
Experience of working with multiple material palettes
Techno commercial bent of mind and be able to design cafes keeping the concept of
lean construction in mind - "Lean is beautiful"
Once you are here, you will:
Understanding brand design concept schemes for company developed for
different markets
Presentation of the design recommendations in 3D visualization format
Analyse and evaluate the proposed site in terms of technical aspects and design
planning before finalising the site
Prepare, maintain and track design delivery/schedule for projects and highlight
delays if any
Compile prelims documentation & specification of all elements for sites for pre
tender inquiry
Carry out detailing for interior build, interior fit and utilities elements
Organise drawings in the required format (unit and scale)
Well versed with MEP Design and Detailing
Work on civil interiors, loose furniture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC BOQ
