7. 2+ years of proven track record of leading digital/print design teams and delivering in addition of 3+ years in-depth knowledge and experience of designing.Strong knowledge of design process and management.
8. Great communication skills.
9. Ability to cope with stress.
10. Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
11. Must be organized, analytical, and dynamic.
12. Bachelor degree/Diploma degree in a design-related discipline.
13. A passion for design and people.
14. Strong portfolio.
