We are currently looking for the next Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team of experts!What you'll be doing:Design, build and test scripts in native and tool-dependent languages for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to limit manual testing and troubleshooting. Lead the development of automated framework deployment and development, leveraging various scripting languages and open source solutions. Coordinate closely with developers to determine CI/CD pipeline tool requirements and assist in setting up pipelines and AWS cloud environments. Apply security to cloud and container technologies. Build and maintain pipeline and environment monitoring, auditing, and reporting frameworks that produce artifacts in support of security and compliance needs. Assist information assurance team in implementing required security features and monitoring tools and provide support for periodic code quality and security assessments, as necessary.Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) build tools, code quality checkers, and security toolsSetup and build various AWS infrastructure resources used by the development team, including AWS VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, EBS, Security Groups, Auto Scaling, and RDS in CloudFormation JSON templatesDeveloping scripts for build, deployment, maintenance, and related tasks using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Maven, Python and Bash.Relevant Tool Knowledge: Jenkins, GitHub (or GitLab), Artifactory (or Nexus), Maven, JIRA, Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, Docker, CloudFormation (or Terraform), Bash, and PythonMust Haves:6+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure/environment configuration, container-based technologies, source control repositories, automated build pipelines toolsets.Experience working with developers in a dynamic environment to promote/implement a DevSecOps program throughout the organization.Experience with Jenkins, GitHub (or GitLab), Artifactory (or Nexus), Maven, JIRA, Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, Docker, CloudFormation (or Terraform), Bash, and Python.One or more of the following certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required, such as Security+ CE, CCNA Security, or other IAT Level II certification.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field required.TS/SCI with the ability to acquire a CI PolyWe believe that our strength is in our employees.
