Lead DevOps Engineer

 

The Lead DevOps Engineer will work in a complex, fast-paced environment is responsible for managing and supporting our extensive cloud-based infrastructure. This position will assist to deploy, manage, and maintain a highly secure environment and help us incorporate reliable, fault-tolerant, scalable, and cost-effective applications.

The Lead DevOps Engineer with a focus on ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with our internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  Perform SQL Server database software installations and performance tuning.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide support and monitoring of the production environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the continual functioning of mission-critical operations.

  Maintain the security and privacy of the information systems equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide advanced production level debugging and support for Microsoft technologies (such as .Net and SQL Server) and open source technologies.

  Testing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, performance-critical client/server, and web applications using Microsoft technologies.

  
  


• 
  

  Implement policies and procedures for operations teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide mentoring and technical guidance to DevOps team members.

  4+ years of experience in DevOps, IT, or Enterprise Operations.
