Position: Lead DeveloperLocation: Waukesha, WI [Onsite]Customer: Quest Global/Client HealthcareSalary/Rate: $90K Experience: 8 15Years Roles & Responsibilities:Works with client requirements to deliver robust interfaces using industry standard messages and tools such as DICOM, HL 7.Integrate solutions that build on standards, customizing the code as needed to meet client requirements.Experience in development with health care integration systems.Sound knowledge in health care domain and Hospital Patient workflowsHands on experience with any of the programming language such as Java, Python, C#, C++ etcExperience in containerized application development is desirableKnowledge and a general understanding of JSON, XML, TCP IP, Serial port.Strong Communication and interaction skill with third party vendor and clients.Awareness of object-oriented design concepts and interface designWrite and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guidelines.Technical communication with internal and external stake holdersTake ownership of assigned jobs that are part of new feature implementations, bug fixes and enhancement activitiesAbility to lead/mentor teams of size up to 5 Required Skills (Technical Competency):6 8 years of relevant IT experienceHands on experience with any of the programming language such as Java, Python, C#, C++ etcSound knowledge in health care domain and Hospital Patient workflowsExperience in development with health care integration systemsKnowledge in health care standards like DICOM, HL7, FHIR, IHE Desired Skills:Very good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and network services such as DNS, SMTP, DHCP, FTP, SSH, Telnet, etcFamiliar with tools like WinScp, Putty, Rally, Collaborator, SVN, ALM, DICOM, JiraAbility to explore large code base and understand architecture and designAbility to deliver without much supervision from lead/managersProficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
