Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Hands on experience and development Knowledge of Electric Architecture and Integration of E&E components
In depth Knowledge in overall vehicle electrical architecture and various sensors in the vehicle level
Experience on Obstacle and Vehicle Detection technology (ADAS, RADAR, LIDAR, ULTRASOUND, SVS CAMERA, INFRA RED)
Knowledge on HV and LV Electric System Design
Understanding of EMI and EMC & homologation requirements
Should have good Benchmarking knowledge
Should be able to deliver Vehicle level concept system hard points and specifications
Deliver modular concept to have maximum standardization across Vehicles
Manage Concept CAD delivery (System concepts, Wiring Harness Concept)
Keep track of latest technology in domain area and technology development to align future requirement
Must demonstrate a high degree of problem-solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of tools used in DFMEA, problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools
Perform CAD studies for vehicle variants with Different platform.
Proficient in Surface/Solid modeling & Assembly Design using CATIA V5
Perform Ergonomics, Manufacturability, and Serviceability Study.
Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realize the required E&E feature with Quality, Cost and Time.
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple competing work assignments from engineering, studio, and manufacturing.
Create technology roadmaps in the areas of Body Electronics & Vehicle security Systemstinuously monitoring design of various systems
Experience 10 to 12 Years
Industry Preferred Qualifications BE/B.Tech
