Interview Process:
Manager, team lead, and one or two other team members will ask questions and conduct a coding exercise via Teams/Zoom. Candidate will share screen during exercise and may use IntelliJ, Eclipse, or whichever editor they prefer. Any language may be used but Groovy is preferred.

Answers are required by candidates' own thoughts based on his experience.
The HM's interview process is the PSQ as first level of selection to next interview.
Generic answers from online gets the resume rejected.
This is an eXtreme Programming (XP) team. Along with other XP practices, all production code is developed using pair programming.

- At least seven years of relevant systems software engineering experience
- Fluent in a JVM based language (Java, Groovy, Scala, Kotlin, Clojure, etc.)
- Fluent in at least one of Groovy or Test Driven Development
- Strong willingness to pair program
