(link removed) Consultant/BSA This requirement is for an SFDC Consultant/Advisor with good experience in Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.

The person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different FSC and Experience Cloud implementations, of not less than 6 months each.

Total IT industry experience of atleast 8 years, with atleast 5 of those in (link removed).

Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and FSC/Experience Cloud / Salesforce / (link removed) Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary.

Should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials.

Ability to capture requirements from business users - requirements may pertain to implementation of FSC/ Experience Cloud or may pertain to development of pure-play Custom-applications on the (link removed) platform.

Must have high degree of competence in using issue tracking tools like JIRA and should have solid experience in documenting EPICs, Features and user stories

Must have spearheaded large scale workshops to gather business requirements.

Very strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation.
