Senior Testing Specialist/ SDET Description: Client is looking for an experienced

Quality Engineer/SDET lead to join our engineering team and to work with one of the leading financial services organization in the US.

The candidate must have solid understanding of QA/QE activities & process, possess excellent leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team.

The candidate must have proven experience in test design and analyzing and troubleshooting results with a development team.

Work with the scrum team to identify testing needs and opportunities.

Work with the QA team in developing a QA testing strategy for the project, determining the appropriate balance of manual and automated tests, as well as the types of tests (UI, web service API, functional/performance/load, and so on).

Create test plans, identify testing scenarios, test cases, test data, and report defects

Identify and define quality improvement factors

Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of the product and applications

Develop automated test frameworks and test cases for the different types of tests

Execute and report on the full testing suite of both manual and automated tests. Prepare QA certificates and support release activities
