Dashboarding,automation and simplification ? SLA & KPImanagement ? Incident Management& Problem Solving ? Scripting (JavaScript/ Python) ? AWS ? Java API ? SnowFlake ? SQL ? Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from anaccredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressiveexperience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
