Based out of Lake Park, FL, PBC Management Group provides affordable rental apartments throughout the Lake Park, FL, Riviera Beach, FL and West Palm Beach, FL areas. We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Lead Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Painting: paint apartments as tenants move-out
• Plumbing: repair leaky faucets, broken pipes under sinks, replace toilets, replace shower knobs
• Drywall: repair holes in drywall
• Flooring: replace broken ceramic floor tile (not tiling an entire apartment)
• HVAC: replace window ac units, wall ac units, thermostats, etc.
• Electrical: replace outlets, switches, light fixtures (replacing circuit breakers is a plus, but not required)
• Carpentry: replacing interior and exterior doors/frames, replacing windows
• Snaking clogged drain pipes with a plumbing auger machine (sometimes drain has to be snaked from a one-story roof, so working at heights is required)
• Replacing broken glass on windows, replacing window balances
• Appliances: replacing elements on stove & oven (bake and broil elements), replacing fridge/freezer gaskets (rubber seals)
• Complete daily work orders (when a tenant has a maintenance problem, you will be repairing it)

This is a full-time Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm position with some overtime. A company van with all tools and supplies is provided. Properties are mostly located in Riviera Beach, Lake Park and West Palm Beach (all within a 15-minute distance).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of related experience preferred in maintenance or a related field such as handyman, construction work, etc.
• HS Diploma preferred.
• Active Driver's License, Employer does motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to communicate in English (Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)

Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 Depending on Experience
