Requirements
As our chosen Lead Maintenance Technician, every day you will perform property maintenance/repairs as needed/requested by residents and/or property management staff. Property maintenance/repair duties may include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, keys and locks, appliances, lighting systems, carpentry, etc. Perform exterior maintenance including roof, parking lot, and pool/recreation area, snow removal, trash pick-up, etc. Additionally, you will perform duties to turn apartments and ensure that move-in standards are met. We have locations throughout the Minneapolis, MN area and we want YOU to be our Lead Maintenance Technician!
To thrive in this role:
One plus years relevant experience, multi-family a plus, 100 or more units
Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
Employees must provide own hand tools and be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
Superior customer service skills
Participate in on-call rotation
Ability to work at multiple properties throughout the Minneapolis area "mileage compensation" (required)
