Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the lead maintenance technician is accountable for physical operations, preservation, and maintenance of the asset in accordance with policies and procedures of Corvias. The primary objective of this role is to provide a quality living environment for residents and to establish positive, productive working relationships with team members. Must be proficient and able to mentor in all areas of maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
