Lead Operations Coordination Consultant

Onsite/Hybrid 3 days onsite in Richardson

Perform as a lead over the Inquiry and reconsideration processes for PEAQ reporting for all 5 plans. Perform training, project management, and coordination of meetings with providers.

Track triage cases using Salesforce. Will create and maintain "at a glance dashboard reporting" that will enable upper-level leadership to understand operational dispositions. This resource will also serve as a lead coordination consultant for operational and/or project work assigned and partner with the other management. Facilitate daily calls to track the status of cases. Will maintain workflow and process documentation.

This position requires advanced leadership skills, advanced communication skills to enable communication up and down a leadership chain, advanced project management skills, and advanced operational execution skills.
