Qualis Corporation is seeking a project engineer to lead the development of a compact space based RF payload with demonstrated develop position, experience developing space hardware solutions to join our team of well qualified, diverse individuals at our Huntsville, AL office.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and apply advanced hardware design methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation andsolution of complex and advanced technical problems.
• Lead team of subject matter experts to define technical problem and architect solutions
• Develop and present technical white papers and executive level briefings.
• Develop program technical approach and technical roadmap
• Develop technical program plan, identify technical milestones, and ensure progress against the technical objectives

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience
• Experience with space electronics design practices
• Experience with design engineering, project engineering, and systems engineering principles
• Experience with digital signal processing systems and radio frequency systems
• Ability to work with a dynamic, skilled team on highimpact, highvisibility projects
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS in EE or a related technical field preferred
• Experience with building software interfaces to hardware
• Possess excellent timemanagement skills to contribute to multiple tasks concurrently
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possess excellent presentation skills
