Description: Acts as the lead across multiple Application Project Managers (APMs) supporting each front-end and back-end application team within the enterprise to manage multiple phases within a large-scale transformation portfolio E2E.
Manages the client's IT Unified Process (ITUP) SDLC and dependencies within the work breakdown structure. Works beyond the confines of the PRISM/Bolt/FU$E waterfall process, managing and leading project teams that may combine use of the ITUP Waterfall methodology and Agile SAFe methodology.
Required Skills : Responsibilities: Coordinates and facilitates all planning activities and documentation for future releases, including but not limited to scope baseline, solution architecture, estimates across all impacted application teams, and release scheduling/acceptance Oversees all release planning and management activities/documentation for scheduled releases, including but not limited to development, testing, and launch Coordinates the integrated project plan by release across all milestones and oversees the status and escalation of at-risk or roadblocked items Manages project financials against approved estimates and re-estimating as project financials are no longer viable (against actuals) Manages resource assignments and hours tracking across teams, holding teams accountable to estimates Skills/Experience: Background: Program management for enterprise initiatives in large organizations. Experience with AT and T as an LPM strongly preferred Experience with PRISM/Bolt and FU$E Experience with Jira Align is preferred Strong competency Agile/Scrum, Hybrid Agile, Distributed SAFe, and waterfall Experience with complex progress tracking, predictive metrics, and resolving issues
