Job Description Provides full life cycle analysis, development, support, and complex problem resolution that meets customer requirements and SLAs. Possesses a working knowledge of end-to-end business and IT processes related to one or more applications. Work as part of an IT support team with other technology leaders, development staff, and technical/business analysts to create technical solutions. Communicate progress, technical issues, and issue resolution. An individual who will drive the implementation of integrating tools and data supporting Compliance Trade, Email, Monitoring Surveillance, and reporting practices. The resource will gather requirements, perform analysis of business materials and processes, design quality solutions, and lead the development, configuration, testing, and delivery activities in support of Compliance. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop a strong understanding of business requirements, processes, and complex data patterns to assist in the design and implement quality technical solutions and data strategies that meet business needs and align with technology standards.
- Ability to solicit business requirements to formulate detailed features and stories for delivery.
- Guide and coach resources on the adoption and execution of the Agile framework and methodology.
- Work with project management and IT Teams to provide estimates and develop work plans, including detailed work tasks and dependencies, to deliver applications on time and within budget that meet or exceed quality standards.
- Drive and report on project status and identify and communicate risks, issues, and changes to project management and leadership.
- Deliver successful implementation of projects and timely service of production applications.
- Management of the implementation of a project through Change Management
- Align the needs of the Business with the capabilities of IT.
Required - Experience with Compliance technology systems related to Electronics Communications Surveillance.
- Experience operating as Product Owner for a Team to promote Agile Methodology of project delivery.
- Hands-on ability to gather and convey requirements across cross-functional teams.
- Experiencing handling multiple inflight efforts in parallel.
- Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability to gather and execute projects in the Agile methodology.
- Application analysis and production issue resolution.
- Experience working with offshore teams in a team-based agile environment using Agile toolsets (JIRA).
- Experience with analysis and development using scripting languages and SQL queries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An analytical mind, with an inclination for problem-solving, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
- Experience with Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Preference Experience: - Minimum of 2-3 years experience using tools such as Global Relay.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience managing Electronic Communications data integrations.
