Job Description

Basic knowledge of ERPs, such as, SAP, Oracle, etc. is an added advantage Basic knowledge of various learning systems, such as SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc. is an added advantage Bachelors' degree or higher in Literature, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline Knowledge of different instructional design methods, interactivity models, and authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, SAP Enable Now, Walk Me, What Fix, etc. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word and MS PowerPoint) 4 - 15 years of relevant Instructional Design experience in developing different types of learning interventions, such as Application Simulations, Video Scripts, ILTs/VILTs, WBTs, Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides, and Immersive learnings (AR/VR) etc. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
