Duties: Completes all training database operations including: creating classes in the training system, processing enrollments and cancellations, monitoring pre-requisites and maintaining student course materials. Assist customers with phone calls and emails to ensure employees are loaded into learning system accurately and correct courses are assigned Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm EST), for the first 3 months. Schedule is subject to change after 4 months (likely 10am-7pm). Operating Hours: 7am to 7pm EST IMPORTANT NOTE: Entry Level candidates are preferred. We will take the time to train the right person!

Skills: 0-2 years of experience Analytical reasoning ability in routine situations to establish priorities, etc. Ability to coordinate/organize activities, materials, information and other resources within small tasks or projects to organize class material, establish priorities and meet deadlines. Good reading, writing and numeric/logic skills to prepare correspondence, record data, basic math, etc. Communicates effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to deal effectively with associates and clients. We are focusing more on the soft skills for this opportunity. But, the candidate does need to be technilogically saavy. Below are the skills that we would the candidate to have (at least 1 is required). Basic Excel XXX MS Outlook LMS (Sucess Factors, but other LMS experience is acceptable)

Education: Preferred Associate's Degree or above.
