Instructional Design Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in instructional design methodologies and theories, supported by certifications such as Certified Instructional Designer (CID) or equivalent qualifications. Project Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate learning solutions, managing timelines and resources. effectively. Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management credentials, ensuring seamless integration of instructional design elements throughout the project lifecycle
