Qualifications:
Required: B.A., or B.S. degree, preferably in life science, computer science, education, HR or related discipline. From 5+ years' experience in a corporate environment, preferably with a focus on training and education and/or pharmaceuticals. This person would assist the RESEARCH LAB Learning & Development team with project management tasks associated with the support of training to RESEARCH LAB employees.

Skillsets include:

Plans and coordinates work activities with others to maximize own and others' results. Familiar with Agile and Scrum Very good working knowledge of MS office suite of projects (excel, ppt, word, one note, JIRA Kanban, MS teams) Able to generate stats on project completions Understands IT language and systems Speaks Business English well Time zone willing to work full 9 am to 4 pm EST Access to outlook, systems for scheduling, archiving, documenting

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Running of Evaluation and Metrics Reports

Running of student attendee registration rosters

Requesting of reports from our shared services (compliance reports)

Quickbase Portfolio data entry (Purchase Orders, Task Orders and Budget Estimates)

Task Order drafting

Virtual Webex support

Testing of eLearning (beta and alpha pre-production)

Assistance with course execution in the case of Instructor Led Training

Drafting training communications

Wrapping / posting of WebEx recordings

Escorting vendor facilitators teaching at the NJ sites, and on occasion at PA site.

Form completions for vendors

Supporting Focus Group and Assessment Conversations by scripting actions, issues and decisions
