Requirements
To be a top candidate for this role you will need at least 1 year of sales and excellent customer service experience showing apartments to prospects with the ultimate goal of securing a lease. Provide productive and ongoing contributions toward maintaining occupancy and customer satisfaction at a premium level. Completion of leasing paperwork, and other assigned duties. Knowledge in the property management industry. Ability to interview prospective tenants and secure contract agreements.
