SUMMARY:

This position plays a key role in the overall success of CBH Rentals. In this role, you will lead a team and share in Leasing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle all potential new rental residents with love; Networking and prospecting; Continue persistent and targeted CRM follow-up via phone, email, video, and mail; Schedule appointments; Tour Shiny, New, Awesome CBH homes; Participate/lead in business planning and sales goals in addition to other assigned duties
2. Lead team/share in Leasing activities to drive applications, knowing our offerings and the market, and updating/ maintaining lead data and activity.
3. Partner with the entire Rentals team on questions / applications / resident lifecycle / team coverage.
4. Lead the team to achieve goals, and provide top-notch customer service.
5. Help coordinate and work events and participate in marketing efforts and success.
6. Reports, metrics, planning new rental releases.
7. Team cohesiveness and people growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A background in leasing, sales, property management, marketing or other facets of the rental or real estate industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, accountability, planning, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, dependable and quick to respond.
• Able to work extremely well with others, with a high degree of self- awareness.
• Appfolio and Salesforce knowledge a plus.
