Key Responsibilities:



· Great prospects, asses their needs and answer their questions



· Tour and present community in a compelling manner



· Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle available



· Build strong working relationships with current residents by providing outstanding customer service



· Initiate marketing ideas and assist in coordinating resident events



· Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals



· Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries (Include but not limited to: providing leasing information, booking appointments, following up with prospects, and creating and following up with maintenance requests)



· Perform required office tasks and coordinating paperwork related to apartment home rentals



Qualifications:



· Some college coursework



· Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)



· Professional appearance and demeanor



· Positive Can-Do Attitude



· Eager to work competitively with a team



· Motivated to surpass sales goals



What You’ll Need to Succeed:



· Sales and Customer Service experience



· Ability to successfully close a sale



· Exceptional organizational skills



· Excellent verbal and written communication skills



· Enjoy interacting with people



· Engaging personality



· Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)



Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship



Salary: $12.50 to $15.00 /hour
