Responsible for the leasing and marketing of new over 55 Active Living Community.

SUMMARY:

The Leasing Professional is part of the property management team. This position is primarily responsible for the leasing of a new Over 55 Active Living Community in Belton, Mo . The ideal candidate will possess the following:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years experience as a Leasing Agent


• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred


• Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.


• Understanding and Knowledge of Over 55 housing /Section 8 / Voucher / HUD Programs


• Understanding of all Fair Housing rules and regulations
