What do we need?

Aspirion is looking for a talented Legal Intern to join our growing team. The intern candidate will report to Aspirion General Counsel and will be responsible for attending meetings with CLM vendor, acquiring and consolidating all existing customer, vendor, property leases, and other contracts to migrate into the new CLM solution.

What will you provide?

  • Consistently demonstrates Aspirions Core Values
  • Develop internal contracts
  • Develop processes that help Aspirion better manage its end-to-end contracting process
  • Maintain a BI Roadmap that prioritizes critical BI initiatives in support of Aspirions business
  • Consider and provide recommendations to institute CLM best practices across the organization
  • Mine large volumes of contract data and draw insightful conclusions from information that ultimately supports decision-making
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify CLM needs
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Ability to research documents and identify relevant information using tech and manual tools
  • Data Entry skills
  • Highly organized
  • MIS Literacy regarding Data Aggregation and Fields
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to close short term projects
  • Microsoft Word and Excel Competency
  • Contracts Background a plus

Education and Experience

  • Pursuing or Bachelors degree in relevant discipline
  • Familiarity with contract and/or procurement processes
