A Level I Desktop technician maintains the computer and network systems of an organization. Their duties includetroubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.
Scope of work: - Work through tickets in ServiceNow that can be handled while onsite, utilizing InfoSys for technical support
- Strong communication and customer service skills are a must
Requirements - Must have 3+ year experience as desktop CE and customer management
- Someone with great customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of networks and IT services.
- Ability to learn new technologies independently.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
