LAC Federal is seeking a Library Assistant to work on-site at a federal scientific and technical information library in the Albuquerque, NM area. The Assistant will work under the direction of the User Services and Technical Services Librarians to perform a wide variety of routine library tasks including processing new acquisitions, serials check-in, ready reference, processing materials for interlibrary loan and circulation, and other relevant tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or other relevant field
• At least one year of experience with scientific and technical reference work in a library or information center
• Experience or training in reference/user services, cataloging, research
