Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy teams in Tacoma, Washington.

Behavioral Health Solution's (BHS) team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. BHS encourages a collaborative culture with hands on leadership. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber that share our commitment to provide state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the Tacoma, WA area.

Responsibilities:

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using company provided Telehealth software.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
• Complies with agency policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, W2 and Independent Contractor opportunities available.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC (currently not accepting CSW-Intern, not an approved intern site)(link removed)>
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.
• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
• TB Test.
• Covid 19 Vaccination + Boosters.
• Flu Vaccination.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written communication
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay:

• $48.00 to $69.00 per Billable Hour. W2 and Independent Contractor options available.
• Compensation determined based on licensure (Independent vs Associate level) and experience.
