Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs to provide virtual mental health services to patients in our outpatient telehealth program. The therapist will conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families remotely using a secure telehealth platform. The ideal candidate will have experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy treatments and be comfortable working with a wide range of mental health issues.

Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities and through Outpatient Telehealth Therapy. As we expand as a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber of integrity that share our commitment to provide state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the state of New Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting remotely over Telehealth software.

• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remote in our EMR (Athena I).

• Complies with agency policies and procedures.
  

Job Types: Part-time
1 day per week, 8 hours

Requirements

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and New Mexico licensure as LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, (currently not accepting Associate Level/Intern Providers)
• NPI (National Provider Identifier)
• Professional Liability Insurance

• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS
  

Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Products; Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay:
$37 to $44 per billable hour
Range: $53,000-$91,000 annually
