Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for a qualified LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC (intern level MFT, CPC-I accepted) to provide in-person mental health assessments and on-going therapy services under our Outpatient Therapy practice in Nevada.

Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities and through our Outpatient Practice. As we expand as a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber of integrity that share our commitment to provide state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the state of Nevada.

Responsibilities:

• Completes mental health assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in face-to-face encounters at our Outpatient Clinic and online via Telehealth.
• Provide individual and group therapy services utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Support clients with managing symptoms and developing healthy coping mechanisms.

• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
• Coordinate care with other mental health professionals as needed.
• Attend regular team meetings and clinical supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and quality of care.

• Complies with agency policies and procedures.
  
  

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, W2 and Independent Contractor options available.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Nevada licensure as LCSWs, LMFTs, LCPCs. Also accepting the following Intern level therapist: MFT, CPC-I. (Currently not accepting CSW-Interns - not an approved intern site)(link removed)>
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.

• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS.
• Comfortable with providing therapy to patients 8 years of age and older.
  

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay:

• $30.00 to $49.00 per Billable Hour. W2 and Independent Contractor options available.
• Compensation determined based on licensure (Independent vs Associate level) and experience.
