Established in 2021, Eminence Home Care is a leading provider of home care services. We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team of dedicated and compassionate caregivers. As a PCA, you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide hands-on care to clients in their home. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
What you'll be doing
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility including transferring and ambulation.
- Prepare and assist with meals and feeding.
- Provide medication reminders as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain a valid Nursing Assistant License in the State of NH.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes and run errands as needed.
- Ability to pass a BEAS and Criminal Background Check.
- Obtain pre-employment medical clearance from a provider and negative TB test.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
